Boating

Through the assistance of the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority, the community of Katse has acquired a small boat for guests to take excursions around the dam. Motebong has now agreed to use this boat for its guests and to assist that community market same. This is an alternative to Motebong’s acquiring its own craft. Here Motebong passes on a significant portion of the fares to the community, saving the balance to provide snacks and beverages for its guests on these excursions. See Boating.
